Short Sale In Glendale

October 25th, 2016 · 3 Comments

This Glendale, Arizona home could use a lot of help, starting in the bathroom.

Handyman special. Complete with nuts, bolts, and tools.

The toilet might be been here before.

The family room is used as an office.

The lamp (with no shade) rests comfortably on the stepstool.

The front of the oven door is missing in this cluttered kitchen.

Imagine the fireplace here.

Two TVs in this bedroom.

This bedroom is short on flooring. The house is being sold as a short sale, where the owners are asking the bank to forgive their debt in exchange for the owners maintaining the house in good condition.

Another well-maintained bathroom.

Newspaper window treatment.

There could be as many as seven TVs on the patio.

Great place to hang out and relax.

The property has a swimming pool.

More TVs and more newspaper in the windows!

What a pigsty! I’m trying get my mind around people who would live like this and think it’s OK. Apparently watching TV was the most important thing in their lives – if they could only figure out how to get the TVs to work!

And why do I think the ‘bedroom’ with two TVs was actually a kids room? And…. what were those “beds” – some kind of cheapazz patio furniture recliners? Sad that parents think this is “OK”… Ditch the TVs and buy a couple of decent beds with matresses and box spring sets. Oy.

How in the world can people live like that! I wouldn’t allow any animal to live like that!
