A Roof Over Their Heads

December 19th, 2017 · 4 Comments

Foreclosure home. At least they had somewhere to sleep and a roof over their heads.

Looking at this room from the other direction. The protective grille for the fan is on the floor. Be careful.

One bedroom. With drywall cut up from the ground. That usually implies water damage.

Second bedroom.

Third bedroom.

Fourth bedroom.

Toilet tank lid is missing in the bathroom.

What happened to the chairs? Scratching posts for cats?

The kitchen from the opposite view.

Bonus room with yet another different type of flooring.

May the new owners fill the pool with water and the home with memories.

I like that house; it just needs some care and love.

From what I understand during a foreclosure comes an Eviction Notice sooner or later! When that happens folks get like 20 min to grab their stuff, this leads to what you see in the pics above, a house that looks ransacked! …Just saying!

WildCard, I’m not picking on the messy people who left in a hurry. When the house was up for sale (with photos for all to see), the owner/seller was the bank. The seller (the bank) could have sold it for more money if they had cleaned it up before taking the photos.
