What?! No second sink?!
Can you make the window bigger?
That shower seems a bit too big.
I want the pink insulation instead.
The clouds seem so real.
Cover up that stain with carpet.

Vandalism and neglect in a Houston, Texas home. That’s not what we meant by red carpet treatment.
Furniture included with the sale.
It has a covered patio.

These damaged homes mean lower sales prices for their neighborhoods.
[I had to white out the profanity.]

The stair lead to an additional structure on the property. Wanna bet they didn’t get a building permit for it?
More damage in Bathroom 3.

Laundry room or storage room?
A big hole in the ceiling.

From a home in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Splattered paint on the wall.
Don’t forget to take your medication.
They sure love Jägermeister. Yes, graffiti on the wall.
That orange couch is older than they are.
And graffiti outside.
Graffiti arrow pointing up.
Another graffiti specimen inside the house.
If these are the owners, they sure didn’t care about getting higher offers from buyers. If these are renters, the seller should have kicked them out and repainted the house.

Andy, I’m not sure Lupita would approve of the damage to the house.
Cynthia, Sarah, & Yvonne wouldn’t approve either.
And the kitchen too. Thank you for lowering the property values in the neighborhood.

Neglected and vandalized Houston, Texas home.
The beauty of a black toilet is that you never have to clean it!!
We step back to get a better view of the kitchen.
This bathroom escaped vandalism but not neglect.
This home offers a variety of flooring.
And a third bathroom.

Just imagine how beautiful this kitchen used to look, with its drop ceiling and pretty wallpaper.
Imagine preparing gourmet meals here.
Imagine the possibilities.

This home in 2007 looks much better than it does in 2014.
Before Living Room. This home had been updated in 2007 with new dual-pane windows, new air conditioner, new copper plumbing, new tile and carpet, fresh paint, and remodeled bathroom shower. They tried selling it for $185,000 in 2007, but the real estate market was in a freefall then. After lowering the price to $145,000 and getting no offers, they took it off the market.
After Living Room. Vandalized and tagged with graffiti. Purchased by an investor in 2014 for $42,000.
After Kitchen. Neglected and vandalized. Copper pipes stolen.
Before Front of House.
After Front of House. Dual-pane windows smashed and destroyed.
Graffiti. Would be an awful marketing campaign for attracting people to move to Phoenix.
More graffiti. Carpet and paint ruined.
And more graffiti and vandalism. Bathroom destroyed.
