We’re not making fun of this bathroom. We know you are curious what those walk-in bathtubs look like. Here’s one from Apache Junction, Arizona. You walk in thru the small door on the side, then assumedly take off your clothes and sit down on the bench there, then you fill up the tub. The weight of the water keeps the door closed during your bath. It’s not really a bathtub; more like a sitting bath. It uses a lot of water. After bathing, you drain the tub and have to wait and wait and wait. Can’t open the door until it’s empty. Hopefully you don’t shiver to death while waiting. Don’t forget your towel! If you use the hand-held shower head to wash your hair, you’ll likely get water splashed outside the tub.

We are not picking on this Carefree, Arizona house. Just thought you’d get a kick out of seeing these fancy sports cars. How many of these can you identify? [click on photos to expand]
How about these?
This is a 5,576 square foot home on 1.13 acres that is located in SkyRanch in Carefree. It sold recently for $1.25 million. In addition to the huge garage you just saw, there is a 54′ x 51′ hangar. Yes, you can park a plane in your hangar.
SkyRanch is a fly-in community. There is a runway right there behind the houses. It’s approved for planes under 12,500 pounds. The house in the middle of the photo with the white roof is the home that just sold.

This seemingly useless display of rocks was actually placed there on purpose. Known as a sacred labyrinth or a walking meditation maze, the purpose is to walk in, around, and out to either calm you down or allow you time for clarity on a troubling problem/issue.
Photo taken on another date, same property, in Tonopah, Arizona.
Then we found another meditation maze in a Phoenix, Arizona home’s back yard.

Thank you, Michael, for sending us these photos of a remodeled San Diego, California house. The house is beautiful, but the gnarly, old tree out front is creepy and ugly.
The tree has been trimmed up too high, so now it’s all gangly branches and no leaves. It distracts from the house.
You can see the ugly branches from the living room window.
Beautiful new kitchen. Looks clean, fresh, and bright. White cabinets, especially Shaker style as seen here, with engineered quartz counters are very popular right now in kitchen redesign. Note how the glass backsplash is only one color.
Could be featured in a magazine.
Clean and fresh looking bathroom too. Thank you, Michael, for the photos.

Foreclosure home. Finally, a neighborhood watching out for each other.
Good for them!

Now that’s a big welcome.
