It’s a short sale. And the seller is sitting right there, watching TV. Is there anything he could remove from this room to make it look more enticing to buyers?
What could he work on in the kitchen during commercial breaks? Clearing off the counter, sink, and refrigerator?
And clear off the dining table and remove the multiple wall calendars?
There’s room for improvement in the bedroom.
Do buyers really want to see a urinal next to the bed?

The mirror is included with the house.
Dirty walls. Dirty floors.
Decades of neglect.
The dust and dirt accumulated over the years.
The living room probably has lots of living bacteria.

Great place for a breakfast table.

Wine is usually served cold, cool, or at room temperature. However, mulled wine can be served warm. So if you place your boxed wine on top of a refrigerator, the wine will stay warm and toasty 24 hours a day. Brilliant idea.
