Every visiting buyer gets a free case of Heineken beer! Please note, however, that the beer is stored in the seller’s garage which gets very very hot in Arizona. Warm beer, cold heart?

Water appears to be flowing out of the garage and down the driveway. What’s going on?
I stopped by one of my vacant listings a few years ago and saw this same thing. The water heater had cracked and water kept filling up and flowing out of the tank. And…kept heating the water, which created a lot of steam and moisture in the garage. Luckily I discovered it shortly after it happened. The fuse was turned off, the garage door was opened, the water swept out, and the home warranty company was called right away. Could have been a disaster with mold & mildew arriving in a day or two if undiscovered. From then on, I suggest my clients turn off their water heaters in vacant homes.

Eventually the baseboards will rot away until they are completely gone.
They’re almost gone.
The sellers are out selecting new faucets right now.
They want buyers to see that there is copper plumbing.
The bathroom has a window.
More rotten baseboards in the hallway.
And in this corner.
Assuming a child wrote that note and that he/she lives here, would that exposed hole and switch be safe for a child (or an adult)?
They used a shoelace to keep the oven door up.
Another view of the carport. By the way, this was a short sale.

Merry Christ Mas, everyone!
Santa Claus made it down the chimney safely. However, he spilled milk on the carpet. Bad Santa.

These photos were sent to us from a fan in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She does not plan to buy this house.
Look at all that extra storage space.
Exquisite wood grain on the cabinet doors.
The seller is allowing buyers to make final decisions on the bathroom remodel.
Remodel is finished in the 2nd bathroom.
Most sellers would rake the leaves before having real estate photos taken. Not this one.
The tire swing will be a big hit with the kiddies.
And they’re really gonna love the Looney Tunes garage door.

We are not picking on this Carefree, Arizona house. Just thought you’d get a kick out of seeing these fancy sports cars. How many of these can you identify? [click on photos to expand]
How about these?
This is a 5,576 square foot home on 1.13 acres that is located in SkyRanch in Carefree. It sold recently for $1.25 million. In addition to the huge garage you just saw, there is a 54′ x 51′ hangar. Yes, you can park a plane in your hangar.
SkyRanch is a fly-in community. There is a runway right there behind the houses. It’s approved for planes under 12,500 pounds. The house in the middle of the photo with the white roof is the home that just sold.

Thank you, C.H., for sending us these photos of an Omaha, Nebraska home. It needs a little help. Maybe a new roof, a new ceiling, and a new wall?
A little cleaning in the bathroom would be nice.
Good golly, Miss Molly. What happened in the garage?
Milk crate bookshelf. Did you have that in your dorm room or apartment as a young adult? Cinder blocks were used a lot in Arizona.
