What buyer wants to see mold in a house? Why not remove it first?

On the other hand, at least the seller is disclosing the problem. This is a 2nd corner with mold & mildew.

And a third corner. It’s not clear if this is from the same room or from 2 or 3 rooms. Pretty extensive water leak regardless.

They built a shrine for their family photos.

Clutter in the family room. Clutter in the kitchen too. Clear it all out.

Pan to the right and we see more clutter, a baby in a swing, a soda machine (!), a person standing to the right, and an unevenly painted wall. What would you put away?

The dining room looks really cluttered from this angle.

Too much furniture and whatnot in the master bedroom. Doesn’t look very inviting or relaxing.

What impression does this bedroom give potential buyers? Dirty walls, bent lamp, prescription bottle, jar of liquid, and whatnot. Two chairs for playing cards or shooting up? Not very appealing.

How many pictures must one have on the bedroom walls? There’s even more on the other side (see the mirror’s reflection). That’s a lot of holes to patch after they move out.

Look, we patched up the wall cracks and the ceiling in the master bedroom. What more do you want? A new window? Forget it.

We patched this bedroom too. So there’s two large wall cracks in the house. So what? There’s no structural problems here. Why did we replace the drywall? Just to freshen up the house a bit. That’s all.

What a depressing back of the house. Wires and pipes going all over like spaghetti. No patio cover to block out the hot Arizona sun.

They added a patio cover to the side of the house. However, notice that the wood posts are placed directly in dirt and connect directly to the house. This is like putting out the red carpet for termites. Earth-to-wood contact is what termite inspectors call this.

A Piglet mural plus outdated parquet flooring in the bedroom. Oh, Pooh. We were hoping the inside was better than the outside.
