Are they serious?! A driveway sloped that much? If you drove a station wagon or a low car, it would never make it. What if you rev the engine too much to make it up the hill and don’t stop in time once inside the garage? Ice in winter? Unbelievable.

Update: Thanks to Erin, these homes are located in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Since construction of these stupid driveways, the sidewalks were moved closer to the street and the driveways were re-poured at a more gentle angle. The house on the left is the one with the worst slope. As you move more to the right, the slope decreases. Here’s the recent view.

The kid on the driveway is thinking, “Hey, Dad, couldn’t you wait ’til after our garage sale before you take a picture of the house?” Will buyers be impressed when they see this?

Poor kitchen with its avocado green oven, flagstone back splash, and wood paneling up top.

Missing flooring. Weird ceiling. Very long window drapes.

Pretty awful looking diagonal structural crack. Red flag, for sure.

The back yard.

The driveway for very skinny cars. Rusty evaporative cooler.

The garage needs a new roof and new doors. And a new water heater too.

There seems to be a mental disconnect with this Glendale, Arizona home’s seller. The trash goes into the trash bin not piled on the driveway, okay?

New employees for Jiffy Lube practice changing oil at this Phoenix home. Nice first impression, huh?

It was physically impossible to move 20 feet to the right and take a better photo of the house. It just was. And don’t even ask to have the cars moved first.

No matter how you slice it, dice it, cut it, or serve it, this is not a real carport. One gust of wind and the whole thing falls over.

See if you think this Phoenix foreclosure home is worth $18,000. That’s what someone paid for it in March 2009.
Romantic bedroom with rose petals? Actually, those are bougainvillea bush petals blown in from the wind. Do you like the checker board floor?

Oh, pooh. Look at this bedroom with its sponge paint walls and awful flooring. Poor kid that had to sleep here.

The owners tried to sell the house for $195,000 back in 2007. Here’s how the kitchen looked in 2007. Note the water bottle. And the fly trap strip!!

In 2009, a similar water bottle appears on the left. The stove was removed (stolen? taken?).

The home was vandalized. This is the other part of the kitchen. Copper piping was stolen.

More copper piping stolen.

The ceiling was damaged, probably to steal copper piping in the attic.

Extensive ceiling damage!

The front of the house with a million cracks in the driveway. The window coverings are on the outside.

There were several additions added to this house, all without proper building permits. Note the octopus air conditioning ductwork on top of the roof! All exposed to the hot Phoenix sun.
Here’s a close-up of the rear/side additions.

The bank tried to sell it in 2008 for $100,000. They claimed it had 5 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. In 2009, it was changed to 4 bedrooms and only 1 bathroom. Sold for $18,000.
What is this crazy framework?

Escalon, California is located in the middle of nowhere in the northern central valley of California. Escalon’s city motto is The City of Peaches and Cream.
Here’s a 5,000 square feet custom home built in 2007 that not quite all peaches and cream. It’s listed at $900,000. But doesn’t look like $900,000 thanks to The Clampetts living there.
For $900,000, you’d expect a paved driveway and landscaping, right?

At the front door, buyers are greeted by a child’s toy car, dirt, and an unrolled hose.

One of the dumbest master bathrooms ever. Whether it’s a luxury home or a trailer, don’t you think it’s a good idea to install mirrors over the sinks?! Oh, and if you’re sitting down, how can you see yourself in the mirror?

Old versus new in the family room. New flat screen TV next to an old analog TV that’s blocking the fireplace. Why would you keep an old TV? So you can play “Pong”?

Junky office.

A lady in the photo. Most luxury home sellers hire professional photographers.

There she is again.

Junk piled up under the counter.

Clutter all over the back patio. A dog in the photo. A $50 BBQ grill. Lots of dirt. No pool. No landscaping. All this for $900,000.
