This Glendale, Arizona home could use a lot of help, starting in the bathroom.
Handyman special. Complete with nuts, bolts, and tools.
The toilet might be been here before.
The family room is used as an office.
The lamp (with no shade) rests comfortably on the stepstool.
The front of the oven door is missing in this cluttered kitchen.
Imagine the fireplace here.
Two TVs in this bedroom.
This bedroom is short on flooring. The house is being sold as a short sale, where the owners are asking the bank to forgive their debt in exchange for the owners maintaining the house in good condition.
Another well-maintained bathroom.
Newspaper window treatment.
There could be as many as seven TVs on the patio.
Great place to hang out and relax.
The property has a swimming pool.
More TVs and more newspaper in the windows!

The seller appears to have an artistic quality, with embellishments throughout the house. The stair balusters are covered in fabric.
The seller added goop to the staircase risers.
There are smears and goop all over the kitchen.

More goop in the parlor. Even the piano was painted.

At least the curtains aren’t knotted.
