Electric wiring doesn’t just snap in two.  Duh.

The bathroom vanity was yanked out probably to get to copper pipes behind it.  That’s a lot of energy, sweat, and time for $2 a pound plus travel time to the scrap yard.  “Wow, I spent an hour and got $5!!”

They remodeled the bathroom without thinking ergonomics or functionality.  Nice tub, but how are you supposed to get in and out of it?  With a ladder?  Wait ’til water sloshes all around the edges and runs down the walls.
