It’s not often we find a home in this condition. Hurry, before it’s gone.
The master bedroom. Looks like the broom is covered in cobwebs.

Downstairs great room. Not so great.

Upstairs living room. Not much living going on there besides bacteria.

Upstairs bathroom. Duct tape and plastic can fix anything. And, yes, that’s dog shampoo.

Downstairs bathroom. Toilet on the right. Water jugs to help flush the toilet.

American Horror Story is a macabre TV show on FX on Wednesdays. It centers around a haunted house and its current and past living or dead owners.
This home in Glendale, Arizona was considered for the set. A true fixer-upper. They could afford the $60/month in DirecTV satellite service but not $60/month in repair supplies?

Years of neglect and lack of maintenance. A damaged ceiling, for example. How do you ignore that?

A bathroom in disrepair.

The shower needs a lot of help.

The shower pan is cracked.

The bathtub in the other bathroom is also damaged. Terrible patch job. Is that Bondo?

Dirty, damaged walls.

Look. More ceiling damage. Did they live in denial?

The patio roof is shot. Even the repair patch is ruined.
