Numerous studies have shown that proper home staging helps homes sell quicker and for more money than cluttered homes.  This Phoenix home suffered partially due to the Halloween decorations and clutter.  It took eight months to sell.  Finally sold in late June.

These sellers are proudly displaying their Bradford Exchange commemorative plate collection over blue paint.  When selling your house, these plates should be “gone with the wind” because buyers don’t “give a damn” about them.
