We have no idea why the seller wanted this photo to promote the sale of his/her home.

Might be time for a new roof.
Yes, definitely needs a new roof.
The little house in back needs a new roof too.
Must be fun to walk around there when it rains.
Another bad roof.

The wet spot. How do you explain that to buyers? “Only when it rains”?
The bald spot.
The big pile. Let the buyers spread the gravel once they own the house.

Front entrance of a condominium for sale in Phoenix. The HOA is responsible for maintaining the premises, landscaping, and general appearance.
They stucco’d the exterior but didn’t finish with paint. They also enclosed the carport.
Waiting for buyers.
Weed you want to see this house?
Pink and orange. Interesting color combo.

Thank you, C.H., for sending us these photos of a Rib Lake, Wisconsin house. At first, it seems like there are only 6 dwarfs, but Sleepy is taking a nap.
C.H. was impressed that the sellers folded the toilet paper “hotel style.” I would have preferred they push in that open drawer. Details, sellers, details.

So much fun can be had in this Philadelphia, Pennsylvania back yard. You can play in the weeds, you can pick up sticks, you can wave at the dog next door, and plenty more.

Goldilocks was proud of her yard’s advanced sprinkler system. She had oodles of noodles to bring precious water to her lawns.
Oh, no! The front lawn is too dry, Goldilocks.
And the back yard’s lawn is too wet, Goldilocks.
