There was a real estate TV show a few years back that said the number one way to improve your home’s value was new siding.  Let’s look at some examples.

Siding in the Phoenix metro area is rare.  Homes here usually have stucco or painted block.  Here we see a Phoenix home with old wood plank siding.  Not very practical with super low humidity and hot sun.

Here’s a Meridian, Mississippi home in need of major renovation.  But it has a really cool vibe to it.  Just needs someone with vision to make it a super home.
