Our reader Michael sent us these photos of a San Diego, California home.
Let’s remove the stuffed animal on the couch, the outdated poster of movie stars at the diner, the bicycles, the fan, the ladder, the vacuum cleaner, the fake logs, the Budweiser sign, the cords, etc.
The dust pan, the trash can… And look at the dirty arms on that chair!
Too bad this house is cluttered. The wood floors are beautiful.
MilkBone dog biscuits.
Cluttered kitchen too.
This house could look so much better.
The bathroom needs help. This house isn’t ready to be shown to buyers.
Nine rolls of toilet paper in this bathroom.
Paper towels along with clutter. Looks like a nice bedroom. Too bad you can’t tell.
The back of the house with wood deck.

Floral fun in Phoenix.
A sense of formality in Sun City, Arizona.
And a delightful blend of colors in Yarnell, Arizona.

This San Diego, California home is only 978 square feet. It sold recently for $655,000! In this condition. Thank you to our reader Michael for sending these photos.
What do we know about suggesting home staging and de-cluttering? The house still sold despite this.
Imagine how much the house will sell for once renovated. Would it get $1,000 per square foot?
We still recommend clearing off the clutter before selling.
Looks like it might have a basement apartment. Must be a real treat when it rains.
Paintball stains on the garage? It’s almost art. Looks like flowers.

We didn’t make this up. To help sell a home in Spring, Texas, a person dressed up as a panda. Yes, these are actual real estate marketing photos.
At least she/he washed her/his hands after going using the toilet.
At a different bathroom.
Splish, splash, she’s taking a bath!
Cookin’ up some interest in the kitchen.
“Why don’t you join me in bed? I’ll do anything for a sale.”
Looking for other plushies on-line.
“I’ll go the extra mile to get a sale.”
“We’re having bamboo again?!!?!”
“Come and knock on our door. We’ll be waiting for you. Where the kisses are his and hers and hers…”
