It’s a short sale. And the seller is sitting right there, watching TV. Is there anything he could remove from this room to make it look more enticing to buyers?
What could he work on in the kitchen during commercial breaks? Clearing off the counter, sink, and refrigerator?
And clear off the dining table and remove the multiple wall calendars?
There’s room for improvement in the bedroom.
Do buyers really want to see a urinal next to the bed?

That’s how the sign reads. And no selling the house with yer sponge paint on. [By the way, you can switch refrigerator handles. Would be easier if the handles were on the left side. Just saying.]

The dog is not impressed with the flooring or clutter in this home.
Here’s how a bedroom looked in 2007. He tried to sell it for $179,000 back then, but had no buyers.
And how that bedroom looked in 2014. The bedroom is now a workshop.

A photo of dead tree branches is a great touch. By the way, this house sold for $23,000 in 2014, thanks to the condition of the house.
