It’s a blue man. On a wall.
It’s a blue man. On a wall.
These Chandler, Arizona sellers saw nothing wrong with their living room. It’s just perfect.
These Glendale, Arizona sellers saw nothing wrong with their living room either.
And neither did these Mesa, Arizona sellers.
Living rooms are usually the first room a buyer will see. First impressions carry throughout a home visit.
Jack Daniels in a garage man cave.
Budweiser and O’Doul’s in another home.
Keystone Beer in another home.
Seen in yet another home.
Not sure what TMKA Vodka is. Nothing shows up in Google search. Thank you, Mahler, for pointing out that it’s TAAKA Vodka.
And also Seagram’s Gin in the same house.
In Arizona, you must be 18 years old to purchase property, but 21 to purchase liquor.
Was it necessary to park your car on the front yard when the driveway and street are available?
Used car lot? You can’t see the house.
This is a better angle, but…
“Mom, will you please move your car so I can play basketball?” “Only after you take down the Christmas lights!”
The only photo provided for this home. At least the basketball hoop isn’t located in a tree like the previous house.
One of our readers wrote this comment on the recent Cellar Sellers post:
“Just waiting for the kid’s hand prints to show up on the walls”
So what did we just spot yesterday? Kid’s hand prints on the walls of a kitchen.
You asked for it, you got it.
Anything else you’d like to see here, just ask. I’m sure we can find it for you.
Oscar nominations were announced this morning. Let’s take a look at previous winners.
Bruce the shark won a best actor Oscar in Jaws. Boondock Saints for best use of violence? [Apache Junction, Arizona]
30 Days of Night won for best director. [Tolleson, Arizona]
And then there’s the Twilight movies! [Chandler, Arizona]
Kristen Stewart won best actress for every Twilight movie!!
People really like to watch television. Some like to watch movies too. At this Phoenix home, the end credits show Bruce Langhorne as the music composer for a movie. Bruce composed music for 16 films, most notably Melvin & Howard (1980), The Hired Hand (1971, a Western), Stay Hungry (1976, with Arnold Schwartzenegger), Outlaw Blues (1977), & Night Warning (1982). Since the last two are not available as dvds and since the scene shows a car not a horse, we can eliminate most, leaving Melvin & Howard as our best guess. But who would really want to watch Melvin & Howard in 2013?
[Update: Thanks to David, the movie shown is Fighting Mad (1976) with Peter Fonda]
Oh, look, there’s a fan watching Teen Mom. It lives in Camden, New Jersey.
There’s a slat missing at the window.
All babies deserve their own 70″ TVs, right?
They are watching a football game instead of a home staging TV program. Hint, hint; it might help this room look better. Why is there plastic on the wall by the clock?
In case you are working on your New Year’s resolutions, may we suggest a few mottos to adopt for 2014?
