Creative shower curtains make a statement in any bathroom.
Hungry like the wolf?
How the West was won.
Horsing around. Show this to your neigh-bors.
The dying tree.
These curtains soak up all of the shower water. Very practical.
Keeping the shower curtain closed for the real estate photo makes the bathroom look smaller. And a loud pattern then dominates the room.

Most buyers nowadays would prefer a home that’s neat and tidy, not cluttered. Just saying.
It’s okay to pack it all away before selling. You’d have to pack it anyway when the house sells. Why not do it now and sell it faster and for more money?
Don’t let buyers get distracted by all of your stuff instead of focusing on the features of the house.
Ask a friend for advice on what to remove and tidy up if you are not sure. Another suggestion: take photos of your rooms and then look at them. You’ll see things differently.

Here are some helpful suggestions for taking the best real estate photos.
Don’t take close-up photos. If the general public can’t figure out what your photo is about, then step back and retake the photo.
Don’t let yourself be seen in real estate photos. Buyers don’t want to see the photographer.
Don’t let your photography equipment show up in real estate photos either. Not very professional looking.
Don’t overexpose your shot. Yes, this really is a photo used to sell a home.
Fish eye lens are creepy. Don’t use them, especially in bathrooms.
Stay in focus.
Keep your hand steady.
Pay attention to the true horizon for a balanced shot.
