These three sellers heard that before real estate photos are taken, they should move their cars off the driveway.
The cars are off the driveway. Perhaps the photographer should have been more specific.

See? It’s not on the driveway.

She was determined to park her car in the shade.

When the street and driveway are available, choose the front yard instead!

Dirt is softer than concrete.

There’s no driveway on this side of the lot, that’s why.

My owners haven’t taken care of me.

They never seem to wash their hands or their dog. This is my front door.

Thank goodness for the gap at the front door. It lets in fresh air.

My kitchen is both beat up and beat down.

The edge of the kitchen cabinet. I have termites!! Long-term termites. Like many, many years of termites. My owners ignored the signs.

They started to remove things and then stopped.

Extensive termite damage.

They removed a closet.

They wanted the house to flow better?

This is the shower door. It used to be clear. It’s never been cleaned.

More termite damage. How could they ignore this?

They got mad and punched me, then tried to patch it over.

This is the patio roof.

So many people shopping today on Black Friday. Shopping mall parking lots are completely filled. Shoppers are forced to park on people’s front yards!

What else can you do? Parking on the street is not an option?

Secured parking.

No real driveway = park wherever you want.

Dog gone it.

The bees’ knees. And wings and legs too. The listing said there was a “bee problem of Biblical proportion in the second bathroom.” I rushed over to the house to take these photos.

Absolutely crazy.

Unique swimming pool. Cool or too weird? Do you just sit in the pool? Doesn’t seem very practical. More art than functional?

Park your car and scooter on the front yard. Sure to impress buyers. For other examples of bad parking, click here.

With the heat in Phoenix, the brain sometimes gets fried a bit. People get confused. Sellers park their cars on front yards.

It’s just too hot to walk that extra 20 feet. Or take down the Christmas lights.

He doesn’t want to block buyers from walking up the driveway. Very considerate.

This seller doesn’t want buyers to walk up the path to the front door.

Another considerate seller. His front porch light bulb is burned out, so if buyers visit at night, we’ll turn on his headlights for them.

This taxi driver needs to call a cab. This particular house was sold as a short sale. It went under contract September 9, 2011 and finally sold 10.5 months later on July 30, 2012. Short, indeed.

The driveway and street were occupied?

He did park between the lines.

Must not be from Arizona. The rule is: always park in shade!

Two cars parked on the front lawn dirt yard, plus a basketball hoop.

No excuse.

How can a buyer really see and enjoy the beauty of a driveway if a vehicle is parked on it? That’s why we parked it on the lawn.

It’s just easier being closer to the front door.

Don’t ask me to move it. I’m too busy texting.

Please don’t use the front walkway.

Tyler, Texas home in need of home staging. Check out the bathroom with its many layers of drapes and shower curtains. In the window: vertical blinds plus lace curtain plus pink something. At the tub: plastic shower curtain plus blue drapes plus floral valance. Got grout issues? Use duct tape!

Lots going on in the kitchen. Except organization and home staging.

We’re not a fan (or two) of this master bedroom. She’s suffocating the panda bear.

The cigarettes and ashtray on the bed are a nice touch.

Busy living room.

First impressions?

She thoughtfully parked on the front lawn so buyers can park on the driveway.

Did you see the new episode of Hoarders last night on A&E TV? It’s titled “Mary/Annie” and it’s a doozie. Truly disgusting bathroom. Cockroaches. Piles of filth. Sad.
Hoarding starts with filling horizontal surfaces with stuff and then more stuff. And then it spreads to the floors.
This Youngtown, Arizona home is up for sale. Clutter has begun in the bonus room seen here.

The living room is filling up.

Another bonus room will be filled up soon if the house doesn’t sell. The cats hang out here.

It must really smell in the bathroom for there to be skull & crossbones by the toilet!

Their front yard can comfortably park a dozen cars.
