Wow, it certainly does a number on your eyes. Good grief.

This foreclosure property in Phoenix is now owned by a bank. It has minimal curb appeal, complete with dirty driveway and no covered parking.

The family room with piles of garbage and clutter. And a boarded up arcadia door.

The living room with more clutter and mess.

The awesome kitchen with beautiful chandelier. Are there any windows not broken here?

Ugly bathroom.

If you can see past the intense yellow paint (how can you sleep at night in this room?), you’ll notice the superheroes watching over you. Some kind of evil Transformer There’s Wolverine (thanks, Eli, for the correction!), a moody Spiderman, and an angry Incredible Hulk. Lots of positive energy with these friendly superheroes, sure to give you nightmares.

Here’s a house of modern touches in Eloy, Arizona. Note the brand-new iron wrought posts and the ultra chic shelves.

The kitchen boasts the latest in fancy cabinetry.

Incredible wet bar with mirror and built-in shelves for liquor bottles. The single exposed light bulb exemplifies the minimalistic approach to today’s modern interior design. It’s all the rage. Dark blue carpet creates a mood of water and tranquility.

The caption for the photo of this Phoenix home states “wonderful street appeal.” Probably because the house view is so terrible that you are forced to stare at the street which has wonderful appeal compared to the house. How do you get to the garage? There is no driveway. What’s the deal with the lonely tree and two piles of rocks?

Let’s see how many items you can locate in this photo: stand-alone fireplace, outdated wood paneling, stone facade, picture of an elk, animal pelt, pool hall sign, Uncle Sam coin bank, an owl, a geode, an amethyst, and pool cues.

Check out this Phoenix home. According to the photo caption, this is the “dinning” room. I guess a lot of obnoxious noise goes on there. Love the pink sponge paint.

The family room features “Franch doors” according to the photo caption. Why is a dog sitting on top of a cabinet (left side of photo)?

The kitchen has fake brick and coffee cup wallpaper border. Why is the refrigerator way over in another room?

Another view of the kitchen with its green cabinets and lots of dust-collecting glasses.

What will they think of next?! Fish pillows! I hope they’re not scratch-n-sniff.

Here’s the bathroom with coral reef shower curtain. Why is there an iron next to the sink?

Are they trying to traumatize the baby at an early age?! An ugly, scary tree in a baby’s room with a beehive too. Bzzzzz. Bzzzzz.

Doesn’t it remind you of the scary tree from the movie Poltergeist?

It gets even better. This is a photo from the back yard! Did Mom use this scary dead tree to paint the one in the bedroom?!

The owner of this Phoenix historic district home started renovations and then gave up after running out of money. The house went into foreclosure and is now owned by the bank.
Here’s what’s left of the bathroom. I guess the owner wanted somewhere to go while he worked on the house. I hope he worked alone.

This is the family room. Any home inspectors or HVAC experts want to chime in about the location of the return air register so close to the fireplace?

The kitchen with terrible drywall prep work. Check out the gaps!

The back porch.

And the pool.
