Imelda Marcos, the wife of the president of The Philippines, had amassed some 2,700 pairs of shoes.  Here’s a Phoenix home seller who has amassed 51 pairs of sneakers.  Now, what people buy is none of our business, but when selling a home, buyers will point to this shoe collection and that’s all they will remember about the house.  It then becomes the “shoe house” and not the “really nice house” or the “incredible kitchen house.”
