Seems kinda sacrilegious, dontcha think?  Mesa, Arizona.

Chandler, Arizona home.  Went up for sale in October 2010 as a short sale listing.

They didn’t update their photos once Halloween was over.  The house finally went under contract in April 2011.  And since it’s a short sale, it took 5 more months to officially sell.

Phoenix home listed in October 2010 and sold in late May 2011 with the Halloween pumpkin still there.

Another Phoenix home with Halloween decorations left up year ’round.

Mesa, Arizona home with Halloween rainbow pumpkins.  It went up for sale in October 2011 and finally sold one year later!  See?  The Halloween decorations were appropriate.

Here’s a Meridian, Mississippi home in need of major renovation.  But it has a really cool vibe to it.  Just needs someone with vision to make it a super home.

My favorite real estate sign post installer took this photo at a home in Apache Junction, Arizona.  Recycle, reuse, reduce.  A little Quikrete thrown into a used toilet will keep that mailbox from falling over.  The pink flamingo is the icing on the cake!

Years of hard water mineral deposits and soap scum on the bathroom shower doors.

The Executive Suite.  Dirty pillow.  Dirty and/or damaged ceiling.  Lots of Kilz needed to cover up the dark purple and green paint.

The Junior Suite sleeps two.  Maid service is no longer provided.

The Presidential Suite sleeps six.  The butler’s on vacation.

Extra guests?  No problem.  Here’s a hideaway bed, as in when buyers see this room they’ll want to hide away.
