Today is Leap Day!  Hooray!  Every four years Leap Day William emerges from the Mariana Trench to trade children’s tears for candy and cigarettes, depending on the decade.

What do you make of this house?  The dark wood paneling looks like charred remains from a fire.  And the ceiling looks like it’s fur wallpaper or something.  Click on the photo to expand to full size.

Here’s the history of this house.  It sold for $123,000 in 2003.  Then sold for, get this, $320,000 in 2006, then sold for $290,000 in 2007.  Went to foreclosure in 2011 and is now actively for sale at $115,000.  Like this.  Bizarre.
