This house has 6 of the 7 colors, starting with red.
Then we go to orange but not forgetting red.
Then yellow, with a throwback to orange and a look-ahead to green.
Timeless sponge paint technique with green.
Then to blue with a little shout-out to purple/violet. Sorry, no indigo.
And finally, violet.

Four homes where sports dominates the rooms.
Basketball collection. Our heads are bobbing from the visual clutter.
Steelers man cave.
Too bad they didn’t put the shirts in that big walk-in closet nearby.
What a brilliant idea. I’m going to do this to my bathroom. Whenever I’m constipated, I’ll look at the Arizona State Sun Devils banner and it’ll make me go instantly. Tho’ I’ll probably get nauseated too.

Unsafe fan with no protective cover.
This house was purchased in 2004 for $95,000.
They refinanced in October 2006 with a new $126,000 loan.
They refinanced again in June 2007 for $174,000.
Money was not spent on home improvements.
And now they’re selling it as a short sale.
