A common question asked by sellers: Will my home show better with furniture or when empty? It depends on the furniture, the floor plan, and the shape of the house. Tacky furnishings do not help sell homes, but vacant homes expose dirt and create echoes. Ask your Realtor for her/his opinion.

It looks much better vacant, of course. The kitchen is beautiful, looks like a show room.

The vacant pictures look better, but they also look cold. How’s about a glass bowl filled with lemons on the counter, a small vase with 1 or 2 flowers by the sink, and in the bedroom, an attractive, small chair in the corner?
