Fixer-upper home in Austin from top to bottom.  A little electric fire in the hallway.

Huge crack on the patio.

Terrible roofing job on the patio overhang.  They could have trimmed the shingles and installed proper flashing.

    I’d take one look at that outlet and run like hell. Electrical issues scare the crap out of me.
