Fixer-Upper Home With Mold & Water Damage

This Phoenix home had a water leak and now they have a mold/mildew problem.

The leak started in the ceiling.  The insulation’s still wet!!

The kitchen just needs a few minor touches.

This is the living room.  You can see the mold on the left wall.  Is that a stripper pole or a support pole?

    Reading tea leaves is so old hat–the new way to tell fortunes is to read mold pictures. In the first picture, I see rainclouds over a house which is falling down…

    This is funny. Looks like water damage everywhere except the bathroom!

    Wow, that is a serious mold problem… But the bathroom looks great compared to the rest of the house!

    Water damage and mold is very common in bathrooms either from people not opening a window or turning on their extractor fan whilst showering, or from a burst pipe. Either way if the water damage is not taken care of promtly it can result in large costs in a mold remediation project.
