Many home improvement experts say the best way to increase your home’s value is to install new exterior siding. Siding is very rare in Phoenix. Most homes out here have painted block/brick or stucco exteriors. The siding at this Phoenix home is falling off.

Heat for sure and improper installation. Vinyl siding needs room to expand and contract. They nailed it on too tight. The sun hits it and if one pops out of track they all do.

Kat is correct. My friend sells vinyl siding for a major home improvement company, and according to him, she hits the nail on the head.

I agree with the previous comments, I think the siding is not properly installed. Its installation material needs also to be considered with regards to the place temperature.
