Any entrepreneur can see the potential here–buy it, keep it as is, and rent it out to movie companies as a backdrop for their alien attack/war chronicle/disaster flicks. Don’t change a thing.

We’ve flipped properties like that. The house has potential. From what I see, that is a HUGE house. Could be sold for a LOT of money
