Cozy Home In Texas

November 8th, 2009 · 7 Comments

Cozy means small.  Really small.  This little home in Texas has a 6.5′ ceiling, a tin roof, a hose caddy, and electricity.  Buyer to confirm if home is connected to septic or sewer or has plumbing.

Is this seriously being marketed as a house? For real? Not a storage shed or outbuilding, but as an actual house?

Melissa, it is marketed as a house. That’s the category the seller & agent chose for it rather than land (plus a shack).

So, how big is the lot it’s on, or do you have to remove it once you’ve bought it? And how much were they asking for it?
