This is a foreclosure home in Houston, Texas. Someone moved out in a hurry and forgot to clean up.
In Arizona, the real estate purchase contract states that by the close of escrow the seller warrants that “all personal property not included in the sale and all debris will be removed from the Premises.” This rarely happens with foreclosure properties.

Mobile home~
Not sure how it works there, but in our neck of the woods mobile left like this are taken over by pack rats….They chew right through floor and walls…
