Poor kitchen with its avocado green oven, flagstone back splash, and wood paneling up top.
Missing flooring. Weird ceiling. Very long window drapes.
Pretty awful looking diagonal structural crack. Red flag, for sure.
The back yard.
The driveway for very skinny cars. Rusty evaporative cooler.
The garage needs a new roof and new doors. And a new water heater too.

At first I though maybe there was some hope, but as I scroll down that feeling was replace with…CODE BLUE!

This house has 3 good points:
1 The cabinets in the kitchen may be off-kilter, but John F. Long builder cabinets they ain’t.
2 The curtains in #2 and #3 may be hangin’ on a string, but they’re such a tasteful shade of wine red.
3 The watering trough in #6 means that tall pets can drink their fill.

I like avocado green!! There, I’ve said it! I just bought a new set of dishes, they are called “bay leaf”.
