Banks are starting to realize that they can sell their foreclosure properties for more money if they invest in new carpet & paint. The photographer wants to prove it’s new carpet at this Phoenix foreclosure home.
They are sprucing up the kitchen too. Sure is a nice change from the awful, dirty foreclosure homes we feature here.

Looks like a cute little house but I’d still rather chose my own new flooring if I was to buy.

Yes, but most people can’t see past dirty carpet. Clean carpet sells.
