Foreclosure home in need of some fixing up. Time for a new garage door. The patches have worn out their welcome.

They gave up on the intricate tile pattern.

I still can’t figure out why someone would want to keep a used toilet.

Bad patch job at the bathtub faucet and dirty grout too.

Automatic placement on this blog: faux paint. This time with rag rolling.

My house has three old high-flow toilets. I might take them with me if I ever move.

This home could shine with some (a lot) of well done DIY. If it’s structurely sound.

Agree with Murphy here. New garage door, siding, front door, windows, roof, landscaping, interior and exterior paint, flooring, vanities, fixtures, kitchen remodel (I’m guessing), window treatments, light fixtures and plumbing and this cinderella is ready for the ball.
Aside to WildCard: Something tells me these folks did not likely have a Drake II tucked in there.

Looks like these people gave up on the floor tile pattern just in time! Even THEY couldn’t take it any more!
