Bathrooms Sell Homes

They say kitchens and bathrooms sell homes, and they’re right.  Buyers make snap decisions based on kitchens and bathrooms.  Here are 4 bathrooms likely to make buyers run away.

Bathroom 1:  Is this a European or Asian squat toilet?!  The toilet paper is there.  Just squat down and position yourself and aim as best you can.  Good luck.

Bathroom 2:  Soap scum never impresses buyers.  Neither do flood lights in bathrooms or half-painted mismatched vanity doors or missing faucet knobs.

Bathroom 3:  Buyers like light and bright bathrooms.  The dark sponge paint is very depressing and ugly.

Bathroom 4:  Buyers also like sparkling clean bathrooms not dirty ones.

The half-painted vanity door is a fresh, new idea. Do all the rooms and exterior of the house that way. Call it “The Two-Tone Home”.
