Using a window or exhaust fan would have reduced the moisture in this bathroom. You’d think the seller would get a clue after the first sign of mildew. Did he/she just look down and ignore the problem? What else did they neglect in their house?

The downstairs bathroom had a terrible mildew problem. How could this be? Exhaust fan? Check. Window? Check. Upstairs toilet leaking and rotting the sheetrock on the ceiling and walls of the downstairs bathroom? Check. Oh, wait….
