Smear Tactic

Looks like the seller dipped her/his forearm in paint and pressed it on the walls.

I visited this home and can tell you this: it’s not just smeared paint.  It’s smeared plaster as well.  Someone sloppy-troweled plaster on the walls and then went over it with paint.  Looks terrible in person.  Would be a nightmare to remove/sand down/etc.

Here she used a Nerf ball or a four-square rubber ball.  The floors are indeed laminate flooring.  Too bad the paint ruins the overall impression.

Beautiful wood floors and I would expect the rest of the house to be nice too. This fix is only a couple gallons of paint. Leif, how do you know it was a woman that did this ugly painting?

I’m not sure if that is laminate or hard wood flooring, but you can hardly notice it with all that stuff going on with the walls.

No…its looks like she painted with her monthly friend’s bandaid…

Gross I know, but it’s the most polite way I could think of writing it.

Male forearm-smear-painters leave hairier prints than females, politically incorrect as it may seem…
