Buyers don’t really care how a house looks like, do they? All you have to do is label the photo and buyers will understand. For example, this is the dining room. See?

Pan to the right and see the kitchen. Are those car parts on the floor?

The living room. Envision your furniture here.

A bedroom.

The front of the house with three cars.

Four more cars parked out back. Considering how this is a neighborhood of single story homes, did the photographer hire a crane or super huge ladder to take this photo? Why not spend the money on a cleaning crew instead?

With all the cars in the backyard, no doubt crawling with scorpions and rattlers, it makes me think that that area has no zoning enforcement officers.
Why do so many of these properties, no matter how modest or grand, have cinder block walls instead of fences? Termite worries?

Are these the actual photos that were posted to sell this house? If it’s a sale by owner, maybe I could understand. But if they are paying a real estate broker, where’s the professional advice?

Looks to be a foreclosure???? Why no wood fences??? No trees, the cost of wood would be outrageous!

Block fences in the Phoenix area are very, very common. They can be installed in 2 days. They last forever. And they can handle the hot sun. Wood fences here become brittle from the heat and wear out quickly.

I’ll bet the whole property smells like one big oil change.

Yes, definitely a mancave. At least the walls don’t look damaged.

Hey, that house is right around the corner from mine! There are many more houses in this neighborhood that look worse than that, nevermind the clutter. They are just TRASHED OUT both outside and inside.
