An Opportunity Awaits

We’ve got a good fixer-upper for you today.  The owner tried to remodel his home but ran out of money and time.  It’s now owned by the bank.

Here we see an unfinished home addition complete with studs and mold & mildew.

The bathroom remodel was almost finished.

The other bathroom with jugs of water.  Is this how they took showers?

They use Office Max copy paper as toilet paper?

I bet the home was fine before that bumblehead started on it.
I see those cheap boob ceilings lights everywhere.

I was going to suggest that the jugs of water were maybe used to flush the toilet, but after seeing the toilet….

BTW, I asked the Zoning Officer if I could have a cinder block wall, and he said no way. I think that they are pretty cool, though. The walls, not the officers.

I don’t understand why folks tear both bathrooms apart at the same time, especially while living there!!!

I love my block wall. 6′ and wrought iron on top.
It’s the best investment we ever made.

The inside of the house is as moist and mildewy as the front yard is parched and arid. I love the Rudolph Valentino Spanish roof tiles.

Looks like they took on a ton of random stuff at the same time. I understand a couple at a time but that is just a random mess.
