These three San Diego homeowners are going to be in for a shock when the buyers run away or ask for electrical repairs after seeing these safety hazards.
Electrical spaghetti. Watt where they thinking?

Creative wiring. At least they’re labeled??

Air freshener and nightlight too. Wanna bet the outlet’s not GFCI protected?

“Electrical Spaghetti” … lol!!
Someone’s been watching too much “National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation”.
… and I just love the ‘quag-wire’ above the soap dish. (’quag-wire’ is my new word, like it?)

When I bought my last fixer-upper, I had appraisals done for the needed repairs and made an offer based on my offer minus the cost of repairs. They were going to put on a new roof over 2 old layers. I didn’t trust the sellers to do the jobs right. They took my very low offer. I had a proper roof put on, painted inside and out, crossed my fingers the 50 yr old furnace wouldn’t die on me and sold it 6 yrs later at double what I paid for it! I know the market isn’t what it used to be but I have always made a nice profit.

Nathan, you have to be at least 14 to be an electrician. At least in these pictures.
