My childhood home had this exact set up! I love those wide coil burners. My mother owned her home from 1967-2005, we sold it with the same stove, oven and original copper stove hood!

    Groovy, that’s called harvest gold.
But I wouldn’t want to be the person that opens that door and walks right into an open hot oven door.

Those wide coils remind me of cinnamon buns.

They do look like cinnamon buns! I wish they made them now.

My husband and I just bought a 1977 home that has not been updated since the day it was built. Our kitchen has this same stove top by Fridgedair and the double ovens to the right with the old original wood cabinets and the yellow hood vent. Not to mention the entire house was 1977, like walking into the past as you step foot inside, from the olive green shag carpet to all the crazy print wallpaper on every wall in the house, all the light fixtures, hanging pendant lights and everything works.
