I’m thinking the owners saw a sell your home real estate show on television that said security bars make potential buyers think the neighborhood is bad, so they pulled them off, but they should have stored them off site. Either that or the owners are keeping them handy so at the first sign of vandalism them puppies are going back up because it‘s still easier to sell an intact house with security bars rather than a house totally stripped of everything valuable.
