You’ll notice this Frederick, Maryland home has some issues with cooling. Two window air conditioners and a window fan to start with. Keep count of the fans in this house.

Junior’s room features a scary gas mask blanket used as a curtain. We see a window air conditioner plus THREE fans.

TWO fans in this cluttered room, whatever it is. Bedroom? Family room?

TWO fans in the attic.

The only room in the house without a fan is the living room. Lots of family photos.

Odd location for a gas stove. If you fall down the stairs…

What is going on in the room without an identity? Is that a door beside the dresser? Better have lots of fans. This is a row house. No windows on the sides. It would sell faster if the whole house was as clean and well presented as the living room.

Yeah, that must be under the staircase storage in the door by the dresser. Did anybody read in today’s AZ Republic about the lady who had her house paid off in 2001, then in 2006 mortgaged it for$ 500,000 to invest in a Canadian mining company. Now she in complaining that she can’t afford the mortgage and the Canadian mining company went bankrupt. Stupid!

I can do without that scary little serial killer alleyway off to the right of the front door!

The stairs off the kitchen might be the second staircase a lot of older homes had. We had one when I was growing up, too. All the visitors’ kids played on them. I like the idea. A second fire escape route. They stopped building back stairs early in the 20th century.
