Palm tree, supposedly.

Inchworm! A bee! And flowers!

Flowers and some kind of blue blob.

Escape to your private courtyard with fountain.

The beach is right outside your home past the rose trellis.

Dining lakeside in Sun City, Arizona.

The palm tree looks like a millipede with an attitude! #2 would be ok for a nursery after the filthy carpet was removed. #3 is just a mess. #4 I like it. At least it broke up the “dirty diaper” brown that is everywhere. The last 2 aren’t horrible. I find the Sun City one to be restful. That is a nice change.

The mural in the last photo looks almost exactly like one’s I’ve seen in other houses, in older homes. Was it a kit to put on the wall in the 50’s and 60’s or an artist that did many of the same one?

It’s from the 1950s and/or 1960s. I think it was a kit/decal. Too hard to line it all up if wallpaper.

I confess to painting murals in clients homes- some good, some…well…once someone asked me to paint the *inside* of the toilet bowl to match the bright fishy walls. That was a no-go.

Most of them are “quite personal” and very taste specific, to be sure. Perhaps very difficult to eradicate! I’d step away from most of them. The little SC mural isn’t really that offensive, nor would it be difficult to change. The others should be removed prior to marketing, though!! Just because you love slinging your undershorts over the bedpost doesn’t mean it’’s something that will appeal to the masses. Think about who you’re trying to market to… then clean it up!

Lets face it, we only want wall murals at Italian restaurants.
