Only suggestion I have is to remind the buyer that the furnishings will be gone. They will have the chance to decorate it to their taste. How in the world would you even describe this? Maybe try to convince the seller that it will go faster if this stuff is already packed and ready to move?

It’s not so bad. Everyone in Sun City is old, so they won’t think that the decor is outdated or annoying since they’ll all own the same stuff and decorate in the same way.

@El - Yes, but chances are the new buyer will be my age or younger. I would really have to work to see past the decor to the bones of the house.

We all seem to forget that we do not live in magazine pages. This is one of the nicest arrays of photos I’ve seen on this site.

The master bedroom is sooo ugly..but the rest looks kinda neat…like something from a dream, cozy kitchen.
