Buyers Make Decisions Based On Curb Appeal

As shallow as it sounds, buyers do judge a book by its cover.  Curb appeal determines if the buyer is going inside or skipping the visit.  This home looks like the wall was tagged with graffiti.  If the seller painted the entire wall, it might not look so scary to buyers.

    Isn’t that wall against code, I thought four feet was is the height limit for front fences.
