Why can’t they look as nice and as cute as this adorable Wooster, Ohio home??!!

#1 no longer qualifies as a home, even in Houston.
#2 looks like a tornado victim.
#3 if the building is sound, the peeling paint can be used to pull the price down enough to put new siding on. That is a big house and just might be worth the effort.
#4 is cute and finished.

I usually don’t like aluminum siding, but house #3 really NEEDS it.
That dark brown/black mulch that is popular now is very attractive.

But the cute Ohio home sits atop the site of a radio-active uranium deposit…looks can be deceiving
