This place looks so much better now. Removing that exterior door and putting up shutters really balanced the front of the house.
That is the first Long interior door I’ve ever seen. What a dust catcher.

This shows how an (almost) purely cosmetic remodel can be very effective at increasing the attractiveness and liveability of a house, it also shows how a house of simple lines can have great curb appeal.

Ugh! Those JFL cabinets AGAIN! I can’t believe there was ever a time when those dust and dirt collectors were considered fashionable and desirable. What exactly is that style - is it Contemporary or Mediterranean, or just a mishmosh one could call Contemp-erranean?

nice job, esp the landscaping. green things would love to grow, if you only create a positive environment, they grow better and greener, thats what happened here, although, i’d want to make the room with the extraneous front door a garage once again.
