Another home gets attacked by graffiti hoodlums and copper thieves.

Copper wiring doesn’t weigh much.  Maybe they got 50 cents from this section?

    Why are you assuming the neighbors sat back and let it happen? Maybe THEY were the ones who trashed/stripped the place!

    These days, neighbors don’t care and don’t want to get involved. They don’t call the police when they witness this, because they have illegal activities in their own homes and don’t want any police around.
