Neglected home sold as a short sale in January 2012 for $13,000.  Looks like someone didn’t care.

    How sad for the neighbors, if they are still trying to maintain. Look at the love that went into the home before someone decided to “remodel” the front.

    One of my clients finds out home addresses of potential employees and if they are an adult and their home looks badly maintained, especially if it looks trashed, he figures their approach to life isn’t what he wants in his business. I think that’s a pretty good concept.

    that is really sad. some people deserve cages not houses.

    I know it’s been said, but how sad! The roses, the bougainvillea…that was some little old lady’s house that looked very loved and taken care of.

    I see what the problem was. It’s that grey dish on the roof in the newest photo. Too much butt sittin’ and not enough work getting done.
