HAHA, that’s how I vacuum! I declutter, dust, then pile everything else on a couch or table to quickly get everything. That’s funny.

Who in the world takes these kinds of pictures? Are they supposed to be professional? For the sake of a sale, wait until the packing and/or cleaning is done. I would fire any realtor who did this to me.

At least Portland has the right idea..I would think that living room in picture #1 would look really nice with the fireplace, clerestory windows, large front window, and wood floors if staged a little.

I do not understand why the agents take photos like these. Are they so busy they do not have a moment to move over or pull the distracting element from the photo?
